Information we collect
- Registration and profile information such as name, email or mobile number.
- Test attempts, answers, results, rankings and support communications.
- Order, payment status and transaction references. Complete card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by AspirantBazaar.
- Security and technical information such as device, session and IP data where necessary.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and tests, verify purchases, calculate results, prevent abuse, deliver support, meet legal obligations and improve the service.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with infrastructure, communication and payment providers only as needed to operate the service, comply with law or protect users. Records are retained only for operational, contractual, security and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of eligible account information by contacting customer support. Some transaction and compliance records must be retained where required by law.
