Mock-test access is a digital service supplied after verified payment. Please review the paper, question count, validity and price before purchase.
Eligible cases
- A duplicate payment was captured for the same order.
- Payment was captured but the purchased test access was not granted and support could not restore it.
- A technical error made the purchased service materially unavailable and support could not resolve it.
Normally not eligible
- Change of mind after the purchased test has been opened or attempted.
- Incorrect purchase where the exam, paper, question count and price were clearly displayed.
- Internet, device or browser problems outside AspirantBazaar’s control.
Request process
Contact support within 7 days of the transaction with the registered account identifier, order reference and reason. Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
